Mindful-Being offers the 8 week Mindfulness Based Living course (MBLC) developed by the UK Mindfulness Association.
The Mindfulness Association is endorsed by the UK Network of Mindfulness Based Teacher Training Organizations, which ensures course are designed and delivered within specific Good Standard criteria.
Course objectives
- To have a full understanding of how mindfulness can benefit you in your life
- To learn a range of breath, body, sound and heart based mindfulness practices
- To Learn helpful ways to respond to anxious and worrying thoughts
- To learn helpful ways to respond to difficult emotions
- To learn how to live more fully in this moment and cultivate greater gratitude for the present
- To learn how to respond to yourself with greater kindness and self acceptance
- To support you to develop a solid mindfulness practice that you can take into the rest of your life
Course Resources
- This course is run over 8 weeks with a 2 hour session each week
- You will experience a day long retreat to help you go more deeply into practice
- You will receive a comprehensive course manual which gives in-depth detail on everything covered in the course
- You will have lifetime access to all guided practices used in the course
- You will receive a certificate of completion endorsed by the UK Mindfulness Association
