Welcome to my site. My name is Amy and I work under the business name, Mindful-being. I chose the name of my business in order to emphasise the lived nature of mindfulness. Mindfulness is not a theoretical concept but a practice we can commit to living moment to moment. Practicing mindfulness is about recognising our own capacity to choose how we live our lives and how we respond to both ourselves and others in the way we feel is in most alignment with how we want to show up in the world.

Mindfulness practice is a door way to knowing ourselves more deeply giving us the opportunity to live more authentically.

I am a qualified mindfulness and compassion trainer which enables me to support people on their own journeys towards both greater presence in their lives and deeper acceptance and care for themselves and others.

In addition to the mindfulness and compassion training I offer, I also coach goals focused short to medium coaching sessions to support individuals to overcome ‘stuckness’ and gain clarity with work related challenges, road blocks or stressors.
