Welcome to my site. My name is Amy, founder of Mindful-being.

As a mindfulness trainer, work-based coach, and Reiki practitioner, I help people find greater calm, clarity, and confidence in both their personal and professional lives. I combine evidence-based mindfulness, reflective coaching, and holistic wellbeing practices to support individuals in creating meaningful, sustainable change.

Mindfulness is an approach to living which means greater connection with the present moment. Knowing what is happening as it is happening, feeling sensations, noticing thoughts, slowing down and being here. It doesn’t mean being perfect it means being more alive.

I trained with the Mindfulness Association to teach mindfulness and compassion courses. I am registered teacher with BAMBA (British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches).
