Coaching

I support professionals and emerging leaders to build confidence, create healthier boundaries and develop resilience through practical coaching and mindfulness-based approaches.

My coaching begins with the challenges that often arise in our working lives — navigating pressure, managing expectations, finding your voice, building confidence, and creating a way of working that feels sustainable. We often find that what happens at work is connected to wider patterns in our lives, relationships and wellbeing.

With over 10 years’ experience leading teams, developing people and supporting colleagues through change, I bring a grounded understanding of the realities of professional life. I have helped people reflect, grow and move through challenges with greater clarity and self-awareness.

Through our coaching relationship, I support you to explore what you want to change, understand what may be getting in the way, and identify practical steps towards your goals. We will reflect on your progress, notice the patterns that emerge, and develop approaches that support lasting change.

As a mindfulness and compassion practitioner, these principles naturally inform my coaching style. Where helpful, we can draw on mindfulness practices to support awareness, confidence, emotional resilience and a more intentional way of responding to life’s challenges.

Experiences you come to coaching with:

  • “I’m stepping into leadership and want to feel more confident.”

  • “I want to stop second-guessing myself.”

  • “I want to lead in a way that feels authentic.”

  • “I want to feel calmer and less reactive at work.”

  • “I want to create better boundaries without feeling guilty.”

I help professionals navigate the complexity of work, leadership and life with more awareness and choice. If sounds like you and you want to arrange a call to discuss how coaching could support you please get in touch with me.

As one client shared

“Your coaching created a safe and open space where I could think deeply. The questions you asked helped me understand what I was doing, why it mattered, and how to prioritise. You guided me toward clear, tangible goals—not by telling me what to do, but by helping me find the answers that were most meaningful.” (Coaching Client, 2025)
