What do I offer?

Having trained with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) I am qualified to support you to explore short term and goal focused coaching. I focus specifically on workplace coaching so issues relating to your work life, work life issues will also most likely show up in your personal life in some way. Having worked in 3rd sector, public and private sector in front facing team member, managerial and leadership roles I have extensive 360 experience of the different spaces we can experience in our work lives. Having worked with coaches to support my own work based challenges I wholeheartedly recognise the value of talking and sharing with a skilled facilitator who can support us make sense of our work related worries and wishes.

Through the coaching relationship I support you to reach clarity around the changes you would like to make and help you identify how to move towards the change you are seeking. We review and reflect on your progress and sensitively explore what the barriers that arise. I will help you identify specific practices and actions which will move you towards your goal. As a mindfulness and compassion trainer and practitioner this approach is integrated to my style and approach as a coach in addition we can draw on specific practices from these disciplines to support your journey.

  • Difficulties in relationships with colleagues or team members.

  • You feel stuck, bored or frustrated with your work life
