Mindfulness
What do I offer?
I am trained by the Mindfulness Association which is a UK based Mindfulness and Compassion Training organisation. I am a member of the British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA).
I offer 8 week training opportunities or tailor made programs to suit your schedule and interests.
Some of the areas we explore within mindfulness training are:
Getting to know ourselves more deeply by noticing activity and habits in the mind
Learning how to be kinder and more accepting towards ourselves (and others)
Learning how our thoughts impact how we feel and act
Learning why we can become so lost in thought and why it can feel difficult to remain present
We learn meditations and daily life practices which help us respond to our own personal challenges and bring more happiness into our lives.
How do I offer it?
I offer group or 1:1 training programs
In person programs are held locally to Glasgow
I offer on line programs via zoom
